Clinical design is a key part of the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Project, where designers, builders and users work together to make sure the functional needs of the hospital seamlessly blend with the needs of all hospital users.

Clinical and non-clinical users, as well as consumers (patients, families of patients, and visitors), have been involved in the clinical design process. Their ideas and feedback were sought on functional elements, design features and how to achieve patient safety and quality care in the new hospital.
