Referrals are to be made on a medical imaging request form and emailed to <a href=\"mailto:CabH-Speech-Pathology@health.qld.gov.au\">CabH-Speech-Pathology@health.qld.gov.au<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If there is a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qld.gov.au\/health\/services\/hospital-care\/waiting-lists\/\">waiting list<\/a>, you will receive a confirmation letter and be advised on what to do next. If there is no waiting list, you will receive an appointment booking letter or we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for your
