Operations Director – Comprehensive Breast Cancer Institute<\/h2>\n

Leah is the Operations Director of the CBCI, a role she has held since August 2023. In this capacity, she leads strategic planning and operational delivery to ensure organisational goals are achieved efficiently and sustainably. Prior to this, Leah served for seven years as Director of the Centre for Medical Officer Recruitment and Education at the Royal Brisbane and Women\u2019s Hospital, where she drove workforce planning and implemented long-term strategies to strengthen medical officer recruitment and retention. With a background in law and extensive experience in the Queensland Government\u2014including roles in the Queensland Police Service, Queensland Corrective Services, and the Health Quality and Complaints Commission\u2014Leah brings a proven ability to navigate complex systems and deliver strategic outcomes across diverse sectors.<\/p>\n<\/div>
