Common challenges in primary care: Heart failure GP update
As part of our GP education series Common challenges in primary care, Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) and Brisbane North PHN invite
GPs to join our panel of experts for an evening of education, networking and discussion on heart failure.
The evening will be an interactive GP session with heart failure staff specialists Dr Yee Weng Wong and Dr Alexander Dashwood.
Learning outcomes:
We will focus on diagnosis, investigation and management including recognising red flags, when to refer, drug titration and strategies for long term monitoring, with reference to the 2018 updated international heart failure guidelines*.
There will be an opportunity to network and ask questions about cases and heart failure services in a Q & A session.
