A further phone call from a consumer stated that she wanted to add that the team went “above and beyond” and\u00a0were “incredibly committed” to patient care –\u00a0RBWH Acute Care\/Home Based Care<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I spoke to a very knowledgeable Adis representative who I felt very comfortable with. It was pleasing to have an instant level of discussion and counselling on the topic” –\u00a0Adis-Link<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Have been very good regarding my health making sure all checks are done and been very understanding and have showed a lot of compassion. Would definitely recommend to anyone else. All staff involved with my situation have been great”\u00a0 – Caboolture MH Ward 1<\/strong><\/p>\n

“I was today looking back on this time last weekend and my episode of self-harm and how well X and Y took care of things. I was upset I’d done it, was in and out of things but mostly feeling scared. They were very calm as we went through the process, we had to go through which calmed me. I’m just very appreciative of the time they spent helping me get through it all, there were kind and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to”\u00a0–\u00a0\u00a0RBWH H Floor<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThis has been the best psych ward stay I’ve been in to date. The staff are kind caring and thoughtful. The food is quite nice in comparison to other places and the facilities are top notch. “Safe Space and the staff are an invaluable asset to Metro North Mental Health Service. I haven’t found anywhere else where I’ve been able to talk to someone with lived experience. The Safe Space environment is extremely calming, and I have always left there feeling 10x better than when I went in.
