It will take about 20 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n<p>This is the third time the survey has been conducted and the results have been extremely informative. In 2021, 52% of staff participated and provided more than a million pieces of data and comments.<\/p>\n<p>Although the survey will ask you to provide your payroll ID when you login, this is only to ensure we know how many individual employees have participated. This information is removed by the third-party survey provider BPA Analytics before any results are shared with Metro North, so there is no risk to you in being completely honest about your experiences and opinions of working in Metro North.<\/p>\n<p>The survey not only provides an overview of sentiment, it also lets us know what improvements are needed. As a result, last year we developed \u00a0a resource kit which includes a step by step process for employees wanting to <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/3028\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4NvuS.tOKUXGLuWiFzrLh.pdf\">raise a complaint<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/3029\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox499pTKfsxViUVlWAKTLv6.pdf\">manager\u2019s guide<\/a> for resolving workplace concerns, and a guide for <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/3030\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4094quNxKzgQQUKWce2oe.pdf\">employees who receive a complaint<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We have also introduced new training and support for middle managers such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/7536\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4FMtj5uJt3q3U.1d2EBjK.html\">Manager Milestone Micro Skills<\/a> resources, the new Managers Memo newsletter, and more <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/7537\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4ZkZAdGOY4e0NBHg_kSlr.html\">leadership training options<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The internal jobs\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/7538\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4kiTWgOhyVj7UG4O.OmxE.html\">EOI portal<\/a>, expanded psychological safety and wellbeing support, new Green Teams, and upgrades to tea rooms and staff amenities have all come from your feedback in the survey. We\u2019ve made changes to orientation, introduced <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/7167\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4oSyqDD3WW7AEWbieyt1I.html\">values based <\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/7167\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4oSyqDD3WW7AEWbieyt1I.html\">recruitment<\/a>, trained more <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/p4318\/6700\/PfHZV0nWQUvdUMYg9Ox4fXJtyuL0LkmGuDyT6gfN.html\">peer responders and RUOkers<\/a>, and increased opportunities for<br \/>\nstaff to talk to executives such as listening posts, regular vidcasts, and executive rounding.<\/p>\n<p>I look forward to receiving the results later this year and seeing what you feel we\u2019re doing<br \/>\nwell and what we need to do to make Metro North a truly great place to work.
