Moving house is no small task and given the volume of patients they see each year this is a significant undertaking.<\/p>\n<p>A massive thank you from me and the Community and Oral Health executive to the MNOHS Caboolture team and everyone who has been involved in organising this move!<\/p>\n<p>For those whot don&#8217;t know, there will an open day at the Caboolture Satellite Hospital this Monday which staff are welcome to attend &#8211; Chermside<\/h3>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #e7e6e6;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; padding-left: 40px; padding-top: 20px; padding-right: 40px;\">&#8220;I am grateful to have received support from Andrew, the diabetic educator. He made a big difference in my life. When I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at hospital, I felt like my whole world had turned upside down.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;When I was linked to Chermside Diabetes Service, Andrew welcomed me like one of his own closest family members.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He gave me the motivation and courage I needed during the time. He gave me valuable advice and tools to manage my Type 1 Diabetes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Andrew is the most perfect doctor I could have wished for. If all the health professionals worked like Andrew did, it would make such a big difference to a person&#8217;s life.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Additionally, Laura and Genevieve, the dietician and Scott, the exercise physiologist were really helpful as well. They gave me an inspiration that with Type 1 Diabetes, I can still do the things I enjoy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would like to say huge thank you to the Chermside Diabetes Service Team for making such a difference to all people living with Diabetes. You have got the most perfect team.
