Access to the CSB remains restricted to inducted personnel and escorted non-inducted staff\/visitors during this time to allow commissioning activities to be completed.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>It\u2019s exciting to see how much is going on inside the CSB \u2013 the building is starting to look like a real hospital with all the equipment and digital technology that has been rolled out.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>I must say that I have been involved with or see the evolution of many buildings in Metro North.\u00a0 I am showing my age&#8230; but I was involved in the building of the new RBWH more than 20 years ago, STARS in recent years and now Caboolture.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>I can honestly say Caboolture is the nicest! I know that I may be a little biased but well done to everyone who was involved in the planning and now the commissioning of the building. It looks absolutely fantastic!<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>I know everyone is eager to get in and start setting up their new workspaces but it\u2019s important we let the equipment, consumables stocking and digital teams set up as much as they possibly can to ensure our new clinical areas will be ready for us to use and safe for patients.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>We need to all work together to ensure that everyone\u2019s activities can be delivered within their required timeframes, and if there are any issues that people work through them in a respectful and informed manner.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>If you haven\u2019t yet had the opportunity to see inside the CSB, familiarisation tours are available for Caboolture Hospital staff. I would like to acknowledge and thank Paul for his commitment and great contribution to the health of our community.<\/p>\n<h3>Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) go-live update<\/h3>\n<p><span class=\"markw49v4bkbe uM2yb\" data-markjs=\"true\">Congratulations<\/span>\u00a0to everyone who has been part of our first week of ieMR Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM) go-live!<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>The transition to using ESM to book outpatient appointments has gone well overall with only a few challenges faced in the early stages of adapting to the new system. During this time room bookings will be limited. Apologies for any problems that this may cause in trying to organise meetings or education sessions, but it will be a wonderful improvement for the directorate.<br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/><br aria-hidden=\"true\" \/>The team will do their best to accommodate booking requests.
