It heralds new ways of working, shifts in our collective mindsets and behaviours, and establishes a new program of work to systemically address the drivers and enablers of sexual harassment across our network.<\/p>\n<p>This program of work will be delivered through the Metro North Health Respect@Work initiative, which launches today as we adopt a new <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/1dpbn0\/11536\/n9hnx2W7ngV4cQisa4gIsEScjQUz4GrmZxu0lwPZ.pdf\">sexual harassment policy<\/a>\u00a0and I publish a <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/1dpbn0\/11537\/n9hnx2W7ngV4cQisa4gI0OC9s1qrC_EH1lGMMu2j.pdf\">Statement of Commitment and Action Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Sexual harassment is not only unwelcome at Metro North Health, it is unlawful.<\/p>\n<p>I welcome this new era of awareness, action, and accountability.<\/p>\n<p>Please take the time to read the linked documents above and understand your responsibilities.
