border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #e7e6e6;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; padding-left: 40px; padding-bottom: 20px; padding-right: 40px;\">\n<h3>Compliment &#8211; Life changing experience through HAART<\/h3>\n<p>While the Healthy Aging Assessment and Rehabilitation Team (HAART) service located at the Kallangur Satellite Hospital is only a few months old the outcomes we see daily are significant.<\/p>\n<p>Following a 70 year-old patient&#8217;s presentation to the Minor Injury\u00a0and\u00a0Illness\u00a0Clinic with severe pain following a fall the HAART team sprung into action.<\/p>\n<p>A rapid next day Occupational Therapist assessment was done in the home, and the client was provided with the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Shower and toilet\u00a0frames and aids\u00a0to improve safety and stability of transfers and ease pain<\/li>\n<li>Four wheeled\u00a0walker to improve access to home and reduce risk of falls when exiting and entering his home.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At the end of the visit the client reported:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;There are so many things where you need to make an appointment, call around, get a referral or wait for someone but the fact you walked up to me and offered all this help is great.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You&#8217;ve changed my life in less than 24 hours and we can&#8217;t thank you enough.&#8221;\u00a0\u200b<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h3>Community Services ESM Project update<\/h3>\n<p>From next week (Wednesday 28 February 2024) the Community Services\u00a0Enterprise Scheduling Management (ESM)\u00a0Go-Live and HyperCare Support functions <strong>will transition to business-as-usual (BAU) processes and teams<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>For any staff who needs support during business hours, Monday to Friday, please contact the Community and Oral Health (COH) Systems Support\u00a0team via email at:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:COH-Systems_Support@health.qld.gov.au\">COH-Systems_Support@health.qld.gov.au<\/a> or phone at: (<strong>07)&nbsp;3049&nbsp;1307<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, for after-hours support needs,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/1fm5dc\/11913\/KhiJdRGpjB9mJUPuhD3ckDR5WwTHShBBxAU7No3J.html\">log a job online<\/a> with IT Support or call <strong>1800&nbsp;198&nbsp;175<\/strong>.\u00a0If the matter is impacting clinical care or services, press <strong>#1<\/strong> for clinical prioritisation of the IT support call.<\/p>\n<p>I would like to thank everyone for their patience and persistence in enabling the successful implementation of ESM across Community Services.
