--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 200\/300;\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-14293\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Adj Prof Jackie Hanson, Chief Executive<\/p><\/div><\/p>\n<h4>The 2023 Have Your Say (HYS) survey results were circulated with you in August last year and since then, the People and Culture team have been working with Metro North leaders and staff from your facilities to develop an action plan in direct response to the feedback you gave us.<\/h4>\n<p>This week, we\u2019re pleased to launch the Metro North Health Employee Engagement Action Plan 2023-25, which aims to shift the dial and significantly increase employee satisfaction over the next 12 months. To mention just a few:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>The Critical Incident Guide<\/strong> which addresses the need for a standardised approach when responding to critical incidents across Metro North.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Occupational Violence focus groups<\/strong> which aim to decrease the number of staff exposed to occupational violence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Administration and operational learning and careers pathway guideline<\/strong> which focuses on career development opportunities for our admin and operational staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can view the full list of initiatives on the <a href=\"https:\/\/comms.health.qld.gov.au\/ch\/92002\/1hmt29\/12408\/B0WkiraFsZItEGiGZdYWMKrXHkErI9J5rbiGKZaf.html\">Have Your Say Action Plan QHEPS page.<\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"background-position: left top; background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; padding: 0px 30px 10px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 15px; min-height: 0px; border: 1px solid #007e8e;\">\n<h3>Be part of the change!<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The HYS survey offers high level insights into areas of improvement. However, to ensure the initiatives within the focus areas effectively address staff concerns, an efficient co-design approach is crucial, requiring active participation from employees across Metro North.
