background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; padding: 0px 30px 10px; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 15px; min-height: 0px; border: 1px solid #007e8e;\">\n<h3>The Shining Star Award<\/h3>\n<p>For staff or teams who excel at their job and who are doing great things to support\u00a0the care we provide.\u00a0For staff who are compassionate, look out for others, who go above and beyond, and\u00a0play an important role in our great teams.<\/p>\n<p>The Shining Star Award is primarily for peers to nominate their colleagues or other teams and are for the quiet achievers who excel, but don\u2019t ask for recognition but usually they deserve it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<table style=\"width: 100%; border-collapse: collapse; background-color: #e7e6e6;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"width: 100%; padding-left: 40px; padding-bottom: 20px; padding-right: 40px;\">\n<h3>COH Shining Star &#8211; Sarah Scott, North Lakes Health Precinct<\/h3>\n<p>While we have a taken a little while to kick off our Shining Star awards at Aspley this month &#8211; I just want to highlight one of our shining stars who has been great things this year.<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;A special shout out to Sarah Scott, who deserves some recognition for the amazing work she has done in the months leading up to (and during) the ESM rollout.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Sarah\u2019s commitment and hard work, particularly in the earlier stages when she first came into the Principal ESM Advisor role, has been pivotal and I honestly believe that without her expertise, organizational skills and leadership we would not have been in a position to go live with ESM when we did.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;I have watched Sarah lead the way with building relationships, establishing processes and empowering her peers in that space.
