it was a difficult choice with anyone of the 50 staff possibly receiving awards.<\/p>\n<p>Following is a list of the winners and dual winners and reasons why they were acknowledged:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Early COH Career Administration Officer of the Year &#8211;\u00a0Dual Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tasman Rogers,\u00a0Administration Officer, Medical Services<\/strong> &#8211; For\u00a0multiple nominations and her strong work ethic, proactive approach to her work and willingness to go above and beyond.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sophie Sawyer,\u00a0Acting Practice Manager,\u00a0Childrens Oral Health Service<\/strong> &#8211; For demonstrating a high standard of leadership of a team which has effectively brought\u00a0down recall and wait lists.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200b<strong>Values in Action \u2013 Respect<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Laura-Kate Paterson,\u00a0Administration Support Officer, Home Hospital <\/strong>&#8211; For\u00a0being a role model who at all times and interactions demonstrates respect for people of all backgrounds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Values in Action \u2013 Integrity Dual Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Julie Mackie,\u00a0Administration Officer,\u00a0Oral Health Caboolture <\/strong>&#8211; For\u00a0radiating\u00a0compassion for patients and staff alike by always smiling,\u00a0helping and providing a supportive word and ear when needed.<\/li>\n<li>\u200b<strong>Kirstene Monro,\u00a0Executive Support Officer<\/strong> &#8211; For being extremely organised and focused on continuously learning and developing best practice\u00a0to enable Corporate Services to manage activities efficiently and effectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Values in Action \u2013 Compassion Dual Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Amy Winnett,\u00a0Administration Officer, Community-Based Rehabilitation Team<\/strong> &#8211; For being considerate and kind in her everyday work which supports clinicians, clients and peers feel valued and deliver quality and responsive care.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Values in Action \u2013 High Performance Dual Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Melinda Kiss, Administration Officer, Central Patient Intake Unit<\/strong> &#8211; For a strong attention to detail and strong communication skills with the clinicians\u00a0which improves the patient referral management journey.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shannon Russell, Administration Officer, Brighton Health Campus<\/strong> &#8211; For multiple nominations and her immense resilience, efficiency and professionalism during significant change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Values in Action \u2013 Teamwork Dual Winners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Jodie Blaik,\u00a0Administration Officer,\u00a0Post Acute Care Service<\/strong> &#8211; For being nominated multiple times, and being described as the ultimate team player who is informative, helpful, supportive\u00a0and always on hand.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Katrina Tims,\u00a0Administrative Officer, Referral and Navigation<\/strong> &#8211; For multiple nominations, and\u00a0being described as a\u00a0breath of fresh air, who is always pleasant\u00a0and ensures\u00a0the smooth running of the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Community and Oral Health International Nurses Day Award Winners<\/h3>\n<p><strong><em>Our Nurses.
