Fiona demonstrates empathy to families by being able to put herself in their position and goes to great efforts to ensure service to families is of the highest quality.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Respect<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">: Fiona consistently treats everyone with respect, dignity, and professionalism. Fiona\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">actively listens to what everyone has to say; practices with transparency; recognises the strengths and accomplishments of others; value the time and workloads of others and consistently, regardless of her own workload pressures, practice's common courtesy and politeness.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Teamwork<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">: Fiona nurtures an environment of openness, tolerance, and inclusion and is a wonderful role model for all staff. Fiona acts to recognise the performance of staff which is exemplary and upholds the moral standards of the organisation which has assisted in building consumer confidence in the service.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">High Performance<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"none\">: Fiona is proactive, eager to take on new challenges and actively and continuously strives to improve and grow her skills.
