She exemplifies\u00a0all of\u00a0the Metro North Values in Action,\u00a0but in particular, high\u00a0performance.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Community and Oral Health\u00a0Director of Speech Pathology Kate Hacking\u00a0said this\u00a0year Reina had\u00a0taken on the role of Clinical Council Chair for COH and\u00a0was performing her duties in this role to a very high standard.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"In performing this role, together with her senior speech pathology role, she has actively contributed to a positive and welcoming workplace where people feel valued,\"\u00a0Kate\u00a0said.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"She does this by her active, but respectful contribution to her team meetings, her commitment to staff\/student supervision and support and by leading portfolios in her respective teams.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"She holds the Speech Pathology Allied Health Assistant portfolio and is completing a\u00a0Calderdale\u00a0Framework\u00a0project for this body of work.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"She has been involved in numerous quality improvement projects in her CCDT Speech Pathology team, including a couple, which have actively encouraged a culture of partnership across the services and facilities.\"\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">These include the vocal cord dysfunction pathway and head and neck cancer pathway. These projects have led to a more streamlined and cohesive patient experience across Metro North facilities.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"They have also encouraged increased staff collaboration and networking across Metro North facilities,\"\u00a0Kate said.\u00a0\"She holds the communicating for safety and partnering with consumers portfolios for CCDT and leads actions from these portfolios to a very high standard.\"\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\"Reina is quiet achiever and an outstanding member the COH community.
