Oral Health Centre Values in Action Staff Awards winners<\/p><\/div>\n

We have been recently shining the light on some of the hidden gems in Oral Health and it wasn\u2019t very difficult to find quite a few more.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Like all of our staff our oral health team have been extremely busy keeping people\u2019s smiles bright.<\/p>\n

Recently, the Oral Health Centre hosted a Values in Action Staff Awards and there were quite a few deserving winners.<\/p>\n

High Performance \/ Teamwork<\/h4>\n

Katsuyo Zhu<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Showing initiative, flexibility and motivation to get on with the job. She is an excellent role model.<\/p>\n

Nicole Jordan<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Always showing respect, compassion and motivation to ensure the Oral Health Centre and outsourcing of RMD\u2019s is completed while working as a team under pressure.<\/p>\n

Ivan Guillermo<\/em><\/strong> – Always showing respect, compassion and motivation to ensure the Oral Health Centre and outsourcing of RMD\u2019s is completed while working as a team under pressure.<\/p>\n

Heidi Anderson<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Always showing respect, compassion and motivation to ensure the Oral Health Centre and outsourcing of RMD\u2019s is completed while working as a team under pressure.<\/p>\n

Frisha Lomeda<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Dedication to the service.<\/p>\n

Integrity \/ Compassion \/ High Performance \/ Teamwork<\/h4>\n

Dana Kenwood<\/em><\/strong> – Always shows a high level of integrity and compassion to all her colleagues. Dana shows a wealth of knowledge and understanding with training and mentoring TAFE students and dental students.<\/p>\n

Lili-Jade Malone<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Shows respect to all her colleagues and\u00a0is a great team player. Lili-Jade is willing to help and is always eager to learn.<\/p>\n

Imee Macaspac<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Imee is always willing to help and share her knowledge with the greater team.<\/p>\n

Orthodontics Team<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Helping and looking after each other when short staff and supporting each other.<\/p>\n

Chloe Flenady<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Helping to train new staff.<\/p>\n

Noah Ombao<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Training new staff.<\/p>\n

Dental Technician Team<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Demonstrated outstanding teamwork through commitment to working together and supporting each other with limited time frames in the provision of prosthetic appliances for our patients.<\/p>\n

High Performance<\/h4>\n

Marija Bogoyvitch<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Marija has shown a willingness to expand her knowledge in the area of Prosthodontics.<\/p>\n

Integrity<\/h4>\n

Nabiha Peer and Leah Fowler<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Leah and Nabiha often make quality decisions and tackle difficult situations with optimism and confidence. They each volunteer to undertake and lead tasks \/ projects on level 6 and I rely on their ability to do so.<\/p>\n

They demonstrate a proactive work ethic and encourage others to do the same. They provide advice to their peers by listening and providing objective reasons for processes. They always liaise and communicate with me on the progression of the clinics and treatment sessions.<\/p>\n

Compassion<\/h4>\n

Nitha Sathyan<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Efficient, great observational skills and always there to lend a hand.<\/p>\n

Dr Cladia Lopez Silva<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Highly dedicated, competent and professional. Always happy to help and walking constantly the extra mile of care.<\/p>\n
