All Metro North staff must provide evidence of your first dose of COVID vaccination by 30 September and second dose by 31 October.<\/p>\n<p>Queensland Health has created a portal where you can upload your evidence which will then link through to your MyHR record.<\/p>\n<p>The COVID-19 vaccination hub is only accessible from a Queensland Health computer. Staff who do not have Queensland Health computer access can use the <a href=\"https:\/\/qheps.health.qld.gov.au\/__data\/assets\/pdf_file\/0033\/2696433\/COVID-19-vaccination-evidence-form.pdf\">COVID-19 Vaccination form. <\/a>Once completed and verified by your line manager, the completed form should be emailed to <a href=\"mailto:MN-COVID-Staff-Vaccination-Forms-only@health.qld.gov.au\">MN-COVID-Staff-Vaccination-Forms-only@health.qld.gov.au<\/a> for processing. Infectious diseases physicians Dr Krispin Hajkowicz and Dr Andrew Redmond also held a vidcast to talk about the safety and efficacy of the vaccines. Recordings of these vidcasts are <a href=\"https:\/\/qheps.health.qld.gov.au\/metronorth\/coronavirus\/vidcasts\">available on QHEPS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We have also compiled <a href=\"https:\/\/metronorth.health.qld.gov.au\/extranet\/coronavirus\/staff-vax\">frequently asked questions<\/a> from the vidcasts.<\/p>\n<p>The Premier has declared this weekend a super walk-in weekend for COVID vaccination hubs. In Metro North vaccinations will be available on Saturday and Sunday at Boondall, Doomben, Kippa Ring, and Pinkenba. Across our sites, our target is 15,000 doses administered over the weekend.<\/p>\n<p>Thank you to all our vaccination teams who are supporting this bumper weekend of community vaccinations.<\/p>\n<p>This week our ED Assets and Infrastructure Kate Copeland AM attended Government House to receive her Order of Australia medal.
