Mark Wednesday 15 June in your calendar because the third RBWH Giving Day 2022 is an event you will not want to miss!<\/h4>\n

Royal Giving Day celebration in RBWH foyer.<\/p><\/div>\n

It is the day Queenslanders rally to show gratitude to RBWH healthcare heroes for their tireless work, excellent patient care and life-saving research.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Every dollar donated by 15 June will again be doubled this year, for twice the impact for your department, thanks to the generosity of RBWH Foundation corporate supporters and generous individuals.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s also an opportunity for Team Royal to have some fun!<\/p>\n<\/div>

Transform your Ward:<\/h3>\n

Packs of ward decorations will be distributed to each department\u2019s administration by Team Royal within the next fortnight. Add your own departmental flare and be in the running for Best Dressed Ward of 2022.<\/p>\n

Watch your Giving Day Gratitude tree grow:<\/h3>\n

Visit the RBWH Ground Floor Foyer to read the beautiful messages of support and gratitude being left on the Giving Day Gratitude Tree in support of you and your incredible work. Here is a message from one grateful patient:<\/p>\n

We\u2019re painting Brisbane RUBY:<\/h3>\n

Look out for the RBWH Giving Day banners on the Caxton Street overpass, outbound, and on the Story Bridge from Monday 13 June. The Story Bridge will be swathed in RUBY lighting on 14 and 15 June.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Compete for the Cup and Raise it for Your Department:<\/h3>\n

It has been inspirational to witness Departments and individuals Raising it for the Royal through a wide variety of creative fundraising activities.<\/p>\n

The coveted Giving Day Cup is at stake, which has been held by Cancer Care Services since 2019.<\/p>\n

Fundraising efforts also earn Departments additional weighting in the annual RBWH Foundation Giving Day Grant Round.<\/p>\n
