Now is the season for us to try new ways of doing things, to stop doing things which patients don\u2019t value and to focus on what really makes a difference.<\/p>\n<p>Discuss your ideas with your line manager or professional lead, we need to hear your thoughts and\u00a0see things from your view.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 20px\"><em>\u201cThis appointment &#8211; just like the subsequent surgery &#8211; was absolutely first class in every way \u2026 full marks everyone.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>COVID response leave<\/h2>\n<p>This is the additional leave which Queensland Health\u00a0gave us for working during the pandemic. If you haven\u2019t used it yet, please arrange to use if very soon, as it expires on Sunday\u00a04 September.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 20px\"><em>\u201cThe whole team in the heart and stroke wards are exceptional workers, friendly, happy professionals. Nothing I requested was too much trouble.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Thanks for everything you have done this week.
