Some of her proudest moments include helping deliver robotic surgeries and helping coordinate 12 patient surgeries after the Ravenshoe Caf\u00e9 explosion.<\/p>\n<p>Emma has shared some of her greatest learnings and advice from her time working at RBWH:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It\u2019s all about our relationships.\u00a0How we connect, communicate, care for, collaborate with and support others will determine your happiness at work and in life.<\/li>\n<li>Always take the high moral ground.\u00a0Rather than blaming your situation on others, take responsibility for where you are and ask yourself:\u00a0 \u201cWhat could I do differently to improve my current situation?\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Learn to be resilient.\u00a0 Show up and commit to your patients and don\u2019t take your eyes off the end goal.
