The NSW government Centre for Genetics Education provides a number of resources for both patients and health professionals that provide information relevant to genetic and genomics healthcare in Australia. Their website has various fact sheets on basics and specific genetic conditions and has information to follow for further understanding of genetic and genomics testing.
