- Click “Create an Account<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nScreenshot<\/a><\/a> <\/i><\/div>\n
\n- Select “Patient<\/strong>” or “Family or Friend<\/strong>” (if ordering on behalf of a patient)<\/li>\n
- Check the box “I am at least 13 years of age<\/strong>” if applicable<\/li>\n
- Click “Next<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nScreenshot<\/a><\/a> <\/i><\/div>\n
\n- Enter Hospital Facility ID “RBWH<\/strong>“<\/li>\n
- Click “Next<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nScreenshot<\/a><\/a> <\/i><\/div>\n
\n- Enter your “Date of Birth<\/strong>” and “Medical Record Number (MRN)<\/strong>” – this is the UR number<\/strong> displayed on your admission tag (usually on your wrist)
\nNote:<\/strong><\/em> Date format is MM DD YYYY. Please enter the Month first.<\/em><\/li>\n- Click “Next<\/strong>“<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nScreenshot<\/a><\/a> <\/i><\/div>\n
\n- Click “Skip<\/strong>” when asked to enter your Email and Password (creating an account will prevent you from using the application at other hospitals\/facilities)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nScreenshot<\/a><\/a> <\/i><\/div>\n
You may now begin ordering your meals.<\/p>\n
You will need to follow this process each time<\/em> you order. Please do not enter an Email and Password.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>Ordering meals<\/h2>\n
Meals must be ordered prior to the order cut off times below. Meal delivery times vary across the hospital. For your meal times, please ask a member of staff.<\/p>\n
\n- Breakfast:<\/strong> Place order by 6am<\/li>\n
- Lunch:<\/strong> Place order by 11am<\/li>\n
- Dinner:<\/strong> Place order by 4pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Choosing meal items<\/h2>\n
After you have selected Skip, the Meals<\/strong> screen will display. The current meal is indicated with a green dot.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
Meal items are sorted into service courses and meal categories.<\/p>\n
The maximum selections available for each Service Course or Meal Category is displayed in brackets next to the Category.<\/p>\n
Follow the below instructions to order a meal:<\/p>\n
\n- Select Categories<\/strong> at the top right corner of the screen to arrange the meal options.<\/li>\n
- Select a category to see a list of available meal items.<\/li>\n
- Select the desired meal item<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Use the arrow under Quantity<\/strong> to adjust the quantity of items if desired.<\/li>\n
- Select Add to Order<\/strong> to add the selected meal item to your order. To remove a meal item from your order, select the Remove<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
- Repeat steps 2 to 5 until you have added all desired meal items to your order.<\/li>\n
- The Order Summary at the bottom of the screen will update with the number of items in your order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

View patient diet allergies<\/h2>\n
If a Nutritional Goal<\/strong> is set for a patient\u2019s diet, the goal values for the meal are displayed at the top right-hand side of the screen. This only applies when the patient has been placed on a diet with a nutrient restriction.<\/p>\n\n- Select the patient\u2019s name in the top right corner of the app to display:\n
\n- Active Diet Allergies<\/strong><\/li>\n
- Active Diet Order<\/strong> (for the meal) and<\/li>\n
- Nutritional Goal<\/strong> (for the meal).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Select the X<\/strong> to close the Allergies \/ Diet Order<\/strong> view
\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nSchedule the order<\/h2>\n
When you are happy with your order, the meal can be scheduled for delivery at the meal time.<\/p>\n
To schedule your order:<\/p>\n
\n- Select Order Summary<\/strong> at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n
- Review the items you have selected, then select the Schedule Order<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n
- Select Done<\/strong> to return to the Meals screen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Cancel the order<\/h2>\n
Meals ordered in advance can be cancelled and re-ordered within the cut-off period, if required.<\/p>\n
\n- Select the Cancel Order<\/strong> button at the bottom of the screen under the meal summary.<\/li>\n
- Select YES, CANCEL ORDER<\/strong> or NO<\/strong> at the prompt to confirm your actions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
