The Walk on the Wild Side (WOWS) Symposium is an annual one day event for clinicians and healthcare professionals working in the field of alcohol and drug treatment and rehabilitation, hosted by Metro North Hospital and Health Service.

A full program will be available mid-February 2018.

Registration is now open.

All are welcome to attend and your registration fee includes morning tea and lunch.

Early Bird Registrations open until 16 March 2018 $100
Standard Registrations from 17 March-8 May 2018 $150

 Getting to the Conference

There is a range of parking and transport options at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. The Education Centre is located just off of Bowen Bridge Road.
