Conversations in Health

Every single interaction can influence how we empower consumers as partners in their own healthcare. While we can’t always create more time, we can create more quality.

Conversations in Health is a new Metro North initiative that focuses upon quality communication. It involves everyone – staff, consumers, patients, families, communities, volunteers and students.

Accessing healthcare can be really daunting. Quality communication involves listening, understanding and adapting the way we do things in response to how people are feeling and what is meaningful to them.

Conversations in Health cultivates an environment of safety and trust so that we listen and share information to work through problems and solutions together.

Please join us at the launch of this new and exciting initiative which will be both interactive and informative. More details about the program will be released in coming weeks.
