--smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 400\/267;\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-160\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">TPCH\u2019s newly appointed Administration Managers<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Administration services at TPCH have a new direction with the recent appointment of six new Administration Managers who will provide improved support to clinical programs in the delivery of patient care.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The newly appointed Administration Managers are:<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration Manager Heart and Lung \u2013 Stacey Graham<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration Manager Surgery and Critical Care \u2013 Kerrie Wilson<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration Manager Medicine, Emergency and Children\u2019s Services \u2013 Suzie Cannon<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration Quality and Data Manager \u2013 Kandy Davis-McGlone<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration Manager Outpatients \u2013 Cheryl Ross<br \/>\n\u2022 Administration Relief and Casual Coordinator \u2013 Debra Howard<br \/>\nThe new roles are part of a revised structure of administration services which resulted from a hospital-wide Administration Review completed in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Phase one of the new administration structure, which was a recommendation of the Review, distinctly aligns with TPCH\u2019s clinical programs areas, allowing for better coordination of administration services within the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The new Administration Managers are responsible for overseeing and managing staff within these key program areas, which includes providing day-to-day support and leadership to staff, training and education, and coordinating professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Acting Facility Services Director Karen Leighton said the new leadership roles will help strengthen and<br \/>\nimprove administration services at TPCH.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAdministration staff are an important part of the healthcare team at TPCH, and play an essential role in supporting the delivery of high quality patient care every day,\u201d Karen said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe introduction of these positions will support a more effective structure that provides administration staff with greater accountability, role clarity, and professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is an excellent step in ensuring our administration services are designed to support a positive healthcare experience for our patients, as well as a satisfying and meaningful work environment for staff.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Accompanying the new direction for TPCH\u2019s administration services is a new location for the Senior Administration team whose home is now the recently renovated demountable at the front of the hospital near the multi-story car park.
