Executive Director Health Service Strategy & Planning: Colleen Jen<\/p><\/div>\n

The Health Service Strategy and Planning Unit (HSSPU) coordinates the development of operational plans for Metro North Business Units, Directorates and Clinical Streams and related reporting each year on behalf of the Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director Clinical Services.<\/h4>\n

HSSPU reviewed about 25 Operational Plans from Directorates, Business Units and Clinical Streams for 2021-2022. All these Operational Plans are now finalised and signed off. Operational Plan Reporting templates are available on the QHEPS<\/a>. \u00a0The first Quarter reporting for the Directorates is due to HSSPU on Friday 8 October 2021.<\/p>\n
