This is a first for me, but I am excited to see these land in our inboxes each month.<\/p>\n<p>2021 is set to be another big year for the Caboolture, Kilcoy and Woodford directorate. As always, patient safety and patient experience are our top priority.<\/p>\n<p>We have already experienced a busy start to the year, with record-breaking patient demand, capacity challenges, re-accreditation, and COVID-19 response activities, but we have stepped-up to every challenge.<\/p>\n<p>We have a great team made-up of great people, and I am so grateful to work alongside a team of people with a shared commitment to ensuring our patients receive the best care that we can offer.<\/p>\n<p>We have already identified a range of quality and safety improvement initiatives to help us deliver patient-centered and attentive care and improve health outcomes.
