It is now less than eight months<\/em> until we reach construction completion of the new Clinical Services Building (CSB)!<\/h4>\n

We have so much to look forward to and many aspirations to achieve.<\/p>\n

To provide you with the opportunity to familiarise yourselves with the new building, I would like to invite you to join me at the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Staff Open Day from 10am \u2013 2pm on Saturday 29 October 2022.<\/p>\n

This is an opportunity to get a \u2018sneak peek\u2019 of the construction progress and tour parts of Levels 1 and 2 of the CSB. This includes the new main entry, the Emergency Department and the Intensive Care Unit.<\/p>\n

Now I know some of you might be asking why is this being held on a Saturday (and not on a weekday)?<\/p>\n

The Staff Open Day is being held on a Saturday to ensure the site is safe for visitors without stopping any construction activity. Lendlease has kindly offered to host the Staff Open Day, so holding this event on a Saturday allows Lendlease staff and the CHRP team to assist with the tours.<\/p>\n

TO BOOK: <\/strong>Registrations are now open. Please complete the online registration form<\/a> by Wednesday 26 October.<\/p>\n

As this is an operational commissioning activity for CKW staff, please do not forward this registration form to anyone outside our CKW directorate<\/u>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is continued opportunity for monthly site tours, and there will be other opportunities next year for CKW staff to tour the building if you are unable to attend the Staff Open Day.<\/p>\n

There will also be the opportunity your family and friends, our Metro North colleagues, and the community to tour the CSB next year on the formal open day.<\/p>\n
