You don\u2019t have to live nearby to attend. Everyone is welcome if you\u2019re able to travel there. There is a small membership fee to join.<\/p>\n<p>It offers a range of activities and services all in one place, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>gym designed for older adults, with physiotherapists available<\/li>\n<li>community garden<\/li>\n<li>caf\u00e9 for socialising and relaxing<\/li>\n<li>hall where a variety of activities, events, and group outings are held<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"stay-active\">Stay active<\/h2>\n<h3>Walking and activity groups<\/h3>\n<p>Joining an activity group can be a great way to combine physical activity with social connection. enjoyment.<\/p>\n<h3>Sing Sing Sing Dementia Choir<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/singsingsing.org.au\/\">Sing Sing Sing<\/a> is a community choir for people living with dementia, their families and supporters.<\/p>\n<p>The choir provides a welcoming environment where people can enjoy music, singing and social connection.<\/p>\n<h3>Bright \u2018N\u2019 Sparks Dementia Choir<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/metronorth.health.qld.gov.au\/community\/brighton-wellness-hub\">Bright \u2018N\u2019 Sparks<\/a> is a dementia-friendly choir based at the Brighton Wellness Hub.<\/p>\n<p>It provides opportunities for people living with dementia, families and carers to enjoy singing, movement and connection.<\/p>\n<h3>Memory Lane Caf\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dementia.org.au\/get-support\/memory-lane-cafes\">Memory Lane Caf\u00e9s<\/a> are dementia-friendly social groups run by Dementia Australia for people living with dementia, their
