Dementia Program<\/a> provides dementia-friendly gallery experiences for people living with dementia and their care partners.<\/p>\n<p>The program uses art, conversation and creative activities to support connection, confidence and enjoyment.<\/p>\n<h3>Sing Sing Sing Dementia Choir<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/singsingsing.org.au\/\">Sing Sing Sing<\/a> is a community choir for people living with dementia, their families and supporters.<\/p>\n<p>The choir provides a welcoming environment where people can enjoy music, singing and social connection.<\/p>\n<h3>Bright \u2018N\u2019 Sparks Dementia Choir<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/metronorth.health.qld.gov.au\/community\/brighton-wellness-hub\">Bright \u2018N\u2019 Sparks<\/a> is a dementia-friendly choir based at the Brighton Wellness Hub.<\/p>\n<p>It provides opportunities for people living with dementia, families and carers to enjoy singing, movement and connection.<\/p>\n<h3>Memory Lane Caf\u00e9s<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dementia.org.au\/get-support\/memory-lane-cafes\">Memory Lane Caf\u00e9s<\/a> are dementia-friendly social groups run by Dementia Australia for people living with dementia, their families and carers.<\/p>\n<p>They provide opportunities to meet others, participate in activities and access information and support.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"connect-from-home\">Connect from home<\/h2>\n<h3>Dossy<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dossy.co\/\">Dossy<\/a> helps people stay socially connected through simple technology.\u00a0It connects people with friendly volunteers and family members through video calls.<\/p>\n<p>It may be particularly helpful for people who:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>live with dementia<\/li>\n<li>receive palliative care<\/li>\n<li>feel lonely or socially isolated<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Inclusee<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/inclusee.org.au\/\">Inclusee<\/a> is a not-for-profit online community helping older people and carers stay socially connected from home.<\/p>\n<p>Activities include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>social groups<\/li>\n<li>friendly chats<\/li>\n<li>learning programs<\/li>\n<li>online events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"phone-based\">Phone-based conversations<\/h2>\n<p>For people who would like regular social contact from home:<\/p>\n<h3>Red Cross Services<\/h3>\n<p>Friendly phone calls designed to support social connection.<\/p>\n<p>For more
