If you are using a GPS to get to our hospital, use address 627 Rode Road, Chermside. The multi-storey car parks are the only public car parking available on the hospital campus. Charges apply.<\/p>\n<p>Patients and visitors can pay for their parking at the pay stations before returning to their vehicle, or by credit card at the exit gates. Penalties may apply for failure to comply with parking notices and conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><h3>Pick-up and drop-off zone<\/h3>\n<div id=\"pick-up-drop-off-tpch\">\n<p>There are 2 dedicated pick-up and drop-off zones at the hospital, both accessed via Rode Road:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>outside the main entrance to the hospital, in front of the Main Building.<\/li>\n<li>outside the Emergency Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The pick-up and drop-off zones are strictly short-term. We ask that you be considerate of fellow patients and visitors by adhering to the sign guidelines.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Surrounding parking<\/h3>\n<p>Parking around the hospital campus is regulated. There are some free and metered parking in surrounding streets, accessed via Webster Road.<\/p>\n<h3>Courtesy shuttle bus<\/h3>\n<p>The Prince Charles Hospital has introduced a free shuttle service to help patients and visitors get to where they need to go, particularly those requiring access to Building 6, Gastroenterology \/ Endoscopy and Surgical Outpatients. The six-seater shuttle will operate during the hospital\u2019s busiest times, from 7:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).<br \/>\nThe new shuttle bus service operates on a loop, stopping at five pick-up and drop-off points, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main entrance to the hospital, next to the multi-storey car park<\/li>\n<li>The Education Centre (nearest stop to Gastroenterology \/ Endoscopy and Surgical Outpatients)<\/li>\n<li>Building 6 \u2013 the entrance to CAMS and Teal Outpatients<\/li>\n<li>Building 6 \u2013 the entrance to Cancer Care and Adult Cystic Fibrosis Centre<\/li>\n<li>Building 6 \u2013 the entrance to Palliative Care<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Patients and visitors can hop on and off the shuttle at any of these locations.<\/p>\n<p>With works for The Prince Charles Hospital Expansion now underway, this new shuttle service will help patients and visitors get where they need to go quicker and easier.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><h2>Public transport<\/h2>\n<div id=\"tpch-transport\">\n<h3>Buses<\/h3>\n<p>There are regular bus services to and around The Prince Charles Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>Bus stop in the hospital precinct:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Prince Charles Hospital on Main Road; you can catch\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/004215\">Route 354<\/a>\u00a0from the hospital front entrance, on Main Road, to the Chermside bus station at\u00a0Westfield Chermside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Bus stops near the hospital:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rode Road, stop 36: <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003891\">Route 598<\/a> (Great Circle Line anticlockwise loop towards Indooroopilly) and <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003900\">Route 599<\/a> (Great Circle Line clockwise loop towards Chermside and Toombul)<\/li>\n<li>Webster Road, <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003949\">stop 38<\/a>: Routes 325 and 335<\/li>\n<li>Hilltop Avenue near Rainey Street, <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003901\">stop 34b<\/a>: Routes 334 and 354<\/li>\n<li>Wallace Street at Prince Charles Hospital, <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003906\">stop 35<\/a>: 334, 354 and 598<\/li>\n<li>Hilltop Avenue at Prince Charles Hospital, <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003905\">stop 35<\/a>: Routes 334, 354 and 599<\/li>\n<li>Hamilton Road at Farnell Street, <a href=\"https:\/\/jp.translink.com.au\/plan-your-journey\/stops\/003945\">stop 39<\/a>: Routes 325, 335, 340 (high frequency) and 353.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Plan your journey with <a href=\"https:\/\/translink.com.au\/\">TransLink\u2019s journey planner<\/a> or call the TransLink Hotline on 131 230 for timetable information.<\/p>\n<h3>Train stations<\/h3>\n<p>All of these stations are approximately 10 minutes by car or taxi to The Prince Charles Hospital:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nundah Station<\/li>\n<li>Toombul Station<\/li>\n<li>Virginia Station<\/li>\n<li>Sunshine Station<\/li>\n<li>Geebung Station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For timetable information, call the TransLink Hotline on 131 230 or visit\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/translink.com.au\/\">http:\/\/translink.com.au\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Taxis<\/h3>\n<p>A taxi rank is located at the main entrance to the hospital.
