\n $(contentElm3).appendTo(\"#pageData3\");  \n});\n\n});\n\n     \n }); \/\/END JQUERY\n <\/script>\n<div id=\"pageData\"><\/div>\n<h2>Our services<\/h2>\n<div id=\"pageData2\"><\/div>\n<h2>Out of Scope\/Not offered<\/h2>\n<div id=\"pageData3\"><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><ul>\n<li>Referrals for ongoing management of GAHT<\/li>\n<li>Referrals for mental health<\/li>\n<li>Direct referrals to Speech Pathology, Psychology, Social Work<\/li>\n<li>Referrals for neurodevelopmental assessment<\/li>\n<li>Referrals for support to access NDIS, DSP, etc<\/li>\n<li>Referrals for gender-affirming surgery (surgery is currently only available through private health options)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Referrals must come from a patient\u2019s primary care provider, or their GP must have knowledge of the referral and understand that the patient will be discharged into their care for ongoing medical management of GAHT (where patients are initiated medical treatment in the service)<\/li>\n<li>Patient must be aged 17 years or above, at the time of referral<\/li>\n<li>Patients must be eligible for Medicare, or have appropriate health cover<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essential Information to include in the referral:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the patient is seeking to commence GAHT, or if they are being referred for a specialist medical consultation, the following pathology results must be included in the referral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 FBE;
