The Queensland Digital Health Consumer Charter reflects the priorities and digital health needs of health consumers, carers and the community.
The presentation will explore the development of the Queensland Digital Health Consumer Charter, the 7 principles of the Charter and the importance it plays in ensuring consumers and carers understand their healthcare and continue to make informed decisions.

Anne Curtis, Health Consumers Queensland
Anne is Engagement Consultant – Specific Projects at Health Consumers Queensland and facilitates consumer consultation projects for Queensland Health and other health related organisations. Her consultation work is based around the kitchen table discussion methodology which enables consumers to lead consultation with grassroots community. Some of the projects Anne has facilitated for Queensland Health includes consultation on Ageing, End-of-Life Care and Dying, Hospital in the Home and today’s subject, the development of a digital health consumer charter for Queensland.
