This presentation will uncover the barriers of digital health implementations from the perspective of boards, CxOs and clinical leads and explore the concept of transformation friction and more importantly, how it can be reduced.

Natalie Smith, University of Queensland, PhD Candidate
Natalie has a long and sordid career in technology, starting in Computer Engineering/Science when screens were green, print paper was perforated and Pacman was the pinnacle of gaming technology. She has been a programmer in a software sweatshop, systems engineer, technical lead, architect and program manager. More recently, she was a Deloitte partner and CDO in eHealth Qld. Currently, Natalie is doing a PhD on the relationship between corporate governance and project outcomes in the context of Digital Health transformations.
