Will there be any social events for participants?

All participants and faculty are invited to join us for drinks and canapes networking session at the conclusion of the Day 1 program. The networking session will be held at the venue, Owen J Wordsworth Room, S Block, QUT Gardens Point.

Is virtual attendance available?

This symposium will be held exclusively as an in-person event for delegates. All faculty, invited speakers, and sponsors will be present onsite, creating a unique environment for meaningful collaboration and networking that extends well beyond the sessions themselves.

Is the symposium catered?

Yes, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are all included in your registration.

Where to stay?

All hotel bookings must be arranged by participants themselves. We are unable to offer discounted accommodation rates for participants, but we suggest choosing accommodation nearby the venue. Please see the below recommendation.
