Queensland Aboriginal and Islander Health Council

These Cancer Care Resources have been created as part of the ACCHO Cancer Care Journey Workshop in June 2024. The aim is for these resources to assist Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Community Controlled Health Services to provide support for their staff and patients throughout Queensland. The cancer care journey includes prevention, scanning, detection and treatment, with ACCHOs providing needed support for each stage of the journey.
