Lauren Drabwell

Biomedical Engineer

Lauren is a Biomedical Engineer for the core team, currently working on medical device production and quality management system.  She has qualifications of a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and Bachelor of Science at QUT, with majors in medical engineering and physics. She has completed a Work Integrated Learning placement at HBI, working with the Cancer Care program to develop breast lumpectomy training models. Additionally, her honours project focused on improvement of 3D facial scan workflows for personalised medical device production. Her recent working experience at HBI involves the Wellcome Leap abdominal laparoscopic training model development.
