Antimicrobial Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Guideline

This guideline has been developed to provide a guide for clinicians to support consistent and appropriate therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) for a variety of antimicrobials, and to guide interpretation of antimicrobial TDM. The development of this guideline has been led by the HeIDI Senior Pharmacist Amy Legg in partnership with key Metro North stakeholders.
