Oliver is involved in the planning and coordination of laboratory facilities, key equipment, and providing technical guidance to researchers and clinicians across the Herston Health Precinct.

Oliver has 15 years of experience as an Advanced Rehabilitation Engineer, working with patients and clients to design and manufacture custom postural seating, pressure ulcer prevention cushions and other assistive devices at the Rehabilitation Engineering Centre (REC), Surgical, Treatment, & Rehabilitation Services (STARS).
