For media requests, Metro North Communications will need to be notified. They can be contacted on phone: 07 3646 8111 (ask for Metro North Communication) or email: metronorthnews@health.qld.gov.au
Alternatively, if you submit a request using the form below and indicate that it is for media purposes, Metro North media will automatically be notified.

QISU receives many data requests from a variety of sources. Each request is unique and may requires specific search strategies, time, and expertise to compile. Whilst QISU attempts to accommodate all requests, we may be unable to provide reports to the level of detail you require.

After logging a request, you will be contacted within 3 working days to discuss and fine tune your request.

If you require data urgently, please log your request with URGENT in the subject title. We may be unable to meet your urgent deadline; however we may be able to provide assistance in terms of other contacts, previously prepared QISU reports and other published data if this is the case.
