Our pharmacy is located at the Biala City Community Health Centre.
Opening hours
Monday: 8am – 4pm
Tuesday: 8am – 4pm
Wednesday: 8am – 12pm
Thursday: 8am – 4pm
Friday: 8am – 4pm
Closed on weekends, public holidays and for a block period during Christmas and New Year.
Medication ordering
- Order medication at least 2 business days before collections
- If you have run out of medication, please ring the pharmacy to organise medications sooner; this may result in a wait time.
- Information required when ordering medication:
- Full name and date of birth
- Date of collection
- Updated Medicare and/or concession/pension card details
- If another person is collecting on your behalf, please make sure to provide their full name when ordering and ensure they can provide your date of birth at collection.
