We have a range of employment opportunities for hospital pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and assistants in clinical or management roles.

Requirements to practice

Pharmacists must be registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia to practice in Australia. Graduates of an approved program of study are required to complete a period of supervised practice to be eligible for general registration.

  • Other pre-employment checks including working with children

Internationally qualified pharmacists

Pharmacists from countries other than Australia and New Zealand are required to pass the Australian Pharmacy Council examinations and complete a period of supervised practice in order to be eligible for general registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
