New temporary main entry and new public carpark

From late September 2020, public parking and a new temporary main entry into Caboolture Hospital will be moved to the rear of the hospital.  This is expected to be in place until 2022.

All non-urgent patients, visitors and hospital staff will enter through the temporary main entry.

The temporary main entry includes a new patient drop-off/pick-up zone, a volunteer’s booth and directional signage that will ensure people of all abilities can safely and easily navigate the new entry point

Patients and visitors arriving by car should enter the hospital via the All Weather Access Road off Mewett Street and continue past the temporary staff carpark. Access to the public carpark will also be via Bury Street. These carparks and directions will be clearly signed to assist people arriving to site.

Emergency patient drop-off, including mothers in active labour, will still be located at the front of the hospital with vehicle access from McKean Street.
