Permanent power connection works for new Clinical Services Building

Caboolture Hospital Site Redevelopment map - 21 March 2022

Due to the recent wet weather, works to connect permanent power supply for the new Clinical Services Building has been delayed. Our team are currently working on the first stage of the works which involves an under-bore near the south-eastern corner of the McKean Street roundabout across to the north-eastern side to connect existing conduits.

Temporary changes to the footpath on either side of McKean Street will be in place during these works to ensure pedestrians can safely move around the worksites. There will be no impact to traffic. Please see below map for details.

Once the under-bore section of the work is complete, the team will continue north towards the existing sub substation located on Jensen Road. Please refer to the attached notice.

What to expect:

  • Slight change to footpath locations with signage and a traffic controller in place to safely direct pedestrians. Access will be maintained at all times.
