    Deadly Feet is a specialist outreach service for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

    The program provides culturally safe foot care closer to home at no cost to you, with no referral needed. The team are able to help organise transport.

    Deadly Feet does not replace your regular podiatry appointments.

    Eligibility

    ✓  Have any concerns about your feet
    ✓  Have sore legs when you walk
    ✓  Have diabetes
    ✓  Have kidney problems
    ✓  Smoke, or used to smoke

    How it works

    • You can refer yourself to the Deadly Feet program by calling (07) 3647 1500 or you can ask your doctor or podiatrist to refer you.
    • One of the Deadly Feet team members will call you to plan an appointment in a Deadly Feet clinic closer to home.
    • An Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurse, a vascular specialist, sonographer and podiatrist will be available on the day to provide a comprehensive assessment of your feet.
