How to check your filtered messages:

Apple (iPhone):

1. Open the Messages app.
2. Tap Filters in the top left.
3. Check Unknown Senders for hospital messages.

Android:

1. Open the Messages app.
2. Tap the three dots (menu).
3. Look for Spam & Blocked messages.
