Connect and engage

Metro North Health is the largest public provider of health services in Australia. Our vision is to deliver excellent healthcare by working together with the consumers and communities we serve.

We will listen to, learn from and work together with lived experience experts to tackle the persistent and emerging challenges in healthcare.

Consumers are involved in many ways across Metro North Health in the design, delivery and evaluation of our health services. Examples of activities include developing patient resources, strategies and plans, staff training and education and research and innovation. Engagement can involve participation in meetings, focus groups or surveys.
