Getting a text message from Queensland Health
Metro North Health may contact you if you’re on a hospital wait list.
You might get a text message (SMS) from ‘QLD Health’.
It will include a secure link to a short online form.
We use a trusted system called Personify Care to send this form.
Why we contact you
We may ask you to fill in a form to:
- Confirm if you still need your appointment
- Check your contact details
- Ask if you prefer a video appointment (Telehealth)
- Ask if you have a disability or use the NDIS
- Help improve care for everyone
