Dr Hitesh Joshi
Dr Hitesh Joshi is Director Medical Services Metro North Mental Health and Clinical Director for Mental Health at the Prince Charles Hospital. He completed his training in the UK and qualified as a general adult and old age psychiatrist. He moved to Queensland and worked at Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service for 9 years before venturing up north to Brisbane. His key interests include medical administration and training, and he obtained his associate fellowship to the Royal Australian College of Medical Administrators in 2019. Dr Joshi has been involved in various RANZCP committees since 2017, including as a part of the Queensland Branch. In 2020, Dr Joshi was awarded the Jackie Crowe Memorial Prize during his work during the Australian Mental Health Leaders Fellowship.
