Emma Fooks

Emma Fooks is the Manager Medical Workforce Metro North Mental Health. Emma holds a Bachelor of Creative Industries and a Bachelor of Education and worked as a teacher before beginning her Queensland Health career in 2014. Emma has worked across multiple roles in Metro North Medical Workforce and was a finalist for the Metro North Australia Day Award in 2019.

Emma’s passion lies in education and quality improvement. She has worked on numerous medical workforce projects, the most recent being based around fatigue risk management and doctor wellbeing. The outcome of this project was an interactive medical fatigue dashboard that is utilised across Metro North.
